First Bite of Food

We tried Mackenzied first taste of solid food this week. The doctor said anywhere between 5 and 6 months, so we opted more towards the 5 month mark. She is already reaching for our food, and we were right she was SOOOO ready! She loved the food and could hardly wait for each bite. She would scream if I wasn't going fast enough! Here are the highlights!

Santa's Secret Adventure

Did you know Santa vacations right outside our town? He comes here each year to work on the "list"...we got to go visit him, see his vacation home at the ranch, listen to a story told by Mrs. Claus, eat cookies, drink hot chocolate, go on a carriage ride, go on pony rides (or if you are Madison~7 pony rides!), make a craft and have the BEST time!

Christmas Program...

...at Madison's preschool. Both sets of gandparents got to come to listen to her sing for her preschool AND watch her perform in her winter dance recital "Babes in Toyland"...here are some photo highlights!

The City by the Bay

We got to into S.F. last weekend and see the holiday decorations, this is one of my most favorite things to do! We were lucky to also see Scott's parents who were on vacation there for their 40th wedding anniversary...I love the lights, the tree, the people, and it was so fun, someone proposed while we were in Union Square with a huge banner in the Macy*s window....Enjoy the photos!
