Joyland Preschool

Madison's 1st Field Trip

Madison's preschool went on a field trip last week, of course I had to take the day off and go along. We walked from her school to downtown and saw "Survivor Fairtale" a local production. She had a great time walking with her friends and seeing the play. I am so lucky I had the opportunity to go and be a part of it.

What a GREAT day, we followed the play with a mommy and Madison lunch at Red Robin (her choice) then to the mall for a little shopping. It was fun to have some one on one time with her. She is turning into a wonderful little lady! 4 going on 17! :)

Today is the day. Madison graduated from preschool today!!

Madison's Open House

Preschool is coming to an end...which is hard to believe! A couple of weeks ago Madison had her very first open house. She was thrilled to show us her work and sing the songs the class had practiced. It was wonderful to see it all through her eyes.

Pre-K Preschool

Madison had her first day of preschool today (she has been going to an in-home daycare that does "preschool" time each day~but today was the real deal at a new school).

When we got to school, we signed her in and she joined the class outside for some morning playtime. Then they lined up to go inside, I heard another little girl say "Do you want to be my friend?", so she and Madison held hands up to the classroom! So sweet. Her only comment to us was "Are you going yet?!?" I think she was ready!

When we went to pick her up she was happy as can be. She loved it and made friends with another Madison! The only thing was she wanted to stay longer!

I can't believe that she is starting school...time flies!
